Shared Community Standards Community Guild Competitive Roster Alicia Reborn Active

Community Policy

VALORIUM × INFerNAL
Community Rules

These rules exist to maintain respect, maturity, communication, and a healthy atmosphere across both VALORIUM and INFerNAL.

Shared standards

The same community culture binds both guilds on Alicia Online Reborn.

VALORIUM

Community members, trial players, and everyday racing life.

INFerNAL

Competitive roster members with the same respect and communication baseline.

Our goal is to create a community built on respect, trust, teamwork, and maturity. These rules exist so everyone in VALORIUM and INFerNAL can enjoy Alicia Online Reborn in a positive, reliable environment.

Respect

Treat every member with respect, regardless of their role, skill level, or experience.

Friendly jokes are welcome, but know where the line is. If you are unsure whether someone will find something funny, do not say it without their confirmation. What may seem harmless to you can easily come across differently to someone else.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, repeated disrespect, or intentionally creating drama will not be tolerated.

Communicate

Communication is one of the most important parts of any community.

If you are unable to attend an event, training session, or activity you committed to, let us know beforehand whenever possible. Real life always comes first, and we completely understand that. However, disappearing without communication after committing to something makes organizing activities difficult for everyone involved.

If you have concerns, suggestions, or problems, please speak to the management team instead of allowing frustration to build up.

Respect the Management Team

Owners, Co-Owners, and Officers work together as one team.

Please treat every member of management with the same level of respect. Decisions are rarely made by one person alone, and staff members are expected to support one another while working in the guild’s best interests.

If you disagree with a decision, discuss it respectfully rather than publicly arguing or creating unnecessary conflict.

Activity

We do not expect anyone to play every day.

Life, work, school, and family always come first.

However, if you plan to take an extended break or become inactive for a while, we would appreciate a quick message so we know you are doing okay and do not mistakenly assume you have left the community.

Competitive Responsibilities

Members of competitive teams are expected to show commitment.

If you sign up for a training session, guild battle, tournament, or another scheduled event, make every reasonable effort to attend. If something comes up, let us know as early as possible.

Repeatedly committing to events and then failing to attend without communication may result in losing your position on a competitive team.

Keep Drama Out of the Guild

Personal conflicts should remain private whenever possible.

If an issue begins affecting the community, contact a member of management so we can help resolve it maturely.

Public arguments, unnecessary hostility, and attempts to divide members are not part of the environment we want to create.

Help Build the Community

Our community grows because of its members across VALORIUM and INFerNAL.

Whether that means joining races, helping newer players, participating in events, sharing screenshots or clips, chatting with others, or simply making people feel welcome, every contribution helps create the community we are aiming for.

Common Sense

Not every possible situation can be covered by written rules.

Use common sense, treat others how you would like to be treated, and remember that we are all here to enjoy Alicia Online together.

Consequences

Failure to follow these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension from events or teams, removal from management positions, or removal from the guild depending on the severity or frequency of the issue.

Our priority will always be maintaining a healthy, respectful, and enjoyable community for everyone.
