Team Training System
An organized approach to understanding players, building balanced teams, and making racing more competitive and enjoyable.
This page is a guild handbook. Use the chapter navigation to move through purpose, evaluation, team creation, battles, leadership, verification, and FAQ.
Purpose
The Team Training System exists to make racing more organized, more competitive, more enjoyable, and more focused on shared improvement.
It is not only about winning. It is designed to understand each player’s strengths, weaknesses, and playstyle so balanced teams can be created.
Team Evaluation
Management looks at more than raw placement. Evaluation covers how a player races, decides, and fits with others.
- Racing skill
- Overall competitive level and consistency on the track.
- Game awareness and sight
- Reading the race, space, and developing situations.
- Passing abilities
- Creating and converting overtake opportunities.
- Item usage
- Timing, value, and control of race items.
- Racing techniques
- Technical execution under pressure.
- Decision making
- Choices that help the team and the race plan.
- Strengths
- What the player reliably contributes.
- Weaknesses
- Areas that need support or pairing with complementary teammates.
- Team compatibility
- How the player communicates and covers others.
Creating Teams
Before official teams are created, members race together in smaller groups. Management evaluates individual styles and determines what each player brings to a team.
A strong team is not always created from the strongest individual racers. A strong team is created when members complement each other and cover each other’s weaknesses.
Team Adjustments
Teams are tested through races and training sessions. Adjustments are normal and meant to improve how players perform together.
- Changing positions
- Replacing members
- Rebuilding teams
The goal is always to create combinations that allow players to perform well together.
Battles and Training
Finalized teams train against each other and improve communication, teamwork, racing consistency, strategy, and competitive experience.
Signed commitments matter. If you join a session or battle, attend — or communicate early when life intervenes.
Team Leaders
Being a Team Leader is a responsibility, not only a title. The role may be reassigned if the leader does not communicate or support the team.
- Communicating with teammates
- Organizing training times
- Encouraging participation
- Helping teammates improve
- Reporting important issues to management
Recording and Verification
Recordings are highly recommended because of bugs, lag, and unexpected game issues.
Recordings may verify game bugs, connection issues, race results, and streak progress. Without proof, exceptions cannot always be guaranteed.
FAQ
Participation in the Team Training System is encouraged for players who want structured improvement and competitive team play. Community members who prefer casual racing can still enjoy VALORIUM without every competitive commitment. If you join a team or sign up for a session, follow through or communicate early.
Real life comes first. Tell your Team Leader or management as early as possible so the session can be adjusted. Repeated silence after committing makes organization difficult for everyone.
Contact your Team Leader or management. Do not escalate privately into public drama. Management can help resolve communication gaps and, if needed, adjust the team.
Preferences can be shared, but final team composition is decided by management after observation and evaluation. The priority is complementary playstyles, not only friendship groups.
Tell your Team Leader or management. Teams are tested and adjusted — positions can change, members can be replaced, or teams can be rebuilt when combinations are not working.
Final Goal
The system is not meant to create pressure or separate players. It exists to create stronger teams, support improvement, and make racing more enjoyable.
